Towels stained with makeup or irreversibly damaged may be charged at a rate of €10 per towel.

- Noise

Playing loud music inside the apartment is not permitted, out of respect for the neighbors.

External Noise (Central Location)

Due to the accommodations central location, you may experience disturbances caused by external noise (passersby on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction work). Such occurrences do not constitute grounds for any form of compensation.

- Trash Disposal

Leaving trash bags in the buildings common areas is strictly prohibited. Guest Registration (Mandatory by Law)
